Shipping & Delivery

Products will usually ship via UPS.  Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at info@dentaltech.com or call us at (847) 677-5500 Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, please call us at 1-800-835-0885 within 30 days from the date of receipt for a return authorization number.  To ensure proper credits, please return the product in its entirety along with the return authorization number and a written reason for the return.  We have a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.  Any item returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee.

Ordering

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.  A confirmation email is sent after all orders are placed on DentalTech.com with a confirmation number for the purchase.  When the product is ready to ship a tracking number will be provided via email. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Until credit is established, all orders must be prepaid.  We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Check or C.O.D. (Additional $5.00 charge will be applied to all C.O.D. orders).  We require a minimum order of $50.00 (USD).  Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.  All orders online must be paid by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, or Visa).

Viewing Orders

You will be able to view the status of your order at anytime with simply logging into your account on www.dentaltech.com.  After logging in to My Account just select My Orders to see the most current information.

Updating Account Information

When viewing your account information you will be able to update any changes to your account.  Account Information and Address Book will allow you to update Name, E-Mail, Phone Number, Password, and also mailing & billing address information.
